My Lam is a famous stream in Yen Son district of Tuyen Quang province. It is 13km to the south-east of Tuyen Quang central town. The mineral stream is very effective for the treatment; including mineral mud bath service which is very popular for tourists in Vietnam travel.

My Lam mineral stream has sulfur mineral water underground, was discovered from the 60s. In 1965, the My Lam spa resort was built on a hill where My Lam stream gently flowing through that is very effective for healing.
